Under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRS), India Association of Oklahoma is a tax-exempt non-profit organization. Any donations made to IAOK are tax-deductible contributions in accordance with Code Section 170 of the IRS. IAOK will provide a copy of the receipt for all donations made to IAOK.
